A full breakfast menu—not an afterthought
The breakfast menu covers familiar favourites and a few Salt & Roost signatures. The House Breakfast comes with two eggs, bacon, grilled tomato and homemade rooster brood. Eggs Benedict is served with poached eggs, bacon and hollandaise on rooster brood. There is also smashed avocado toast, breakfast quesadillas, frittata and Breakfast in a Glass with berry compote, yoghurt and homemade granola.
